Being a teenager or young adult today can feel overwhelming. Between school pressure, social expectations, and figuring out who you are, it’s easy to feel anxious, down, or unsure of yourself. My goal is to create a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and start finding balance and confidence again. I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, school stress, and social challenges. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build practical skills to manage emotions, and help you feel more in control of your life.
