About

My goal as a psychotherapist is to create space in which individuals can walk a gentle path toward healing and transformation. Since the mid 90’s, I have worked with people living with severe trauma, addiction, grief, depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation. I have also worked with those who are reflecting on career considerations, personal development, and family or marital concerns. I have experience utilizing a myriad of approaches that include CBT, DBT, Gestalt and mindfulness, as well as psychodynamic work including dreamwork and active imagination.
