I believe that people have a right to live a life without fear. I believe that fear keeps us stuck. I believe that this is your life, and you are allowed to enjoy it. I believe that people want to be happy, but they generally lack the tools to be that way. I have been a mental health counselor for more than 30 years. I focus on the solution, not the problem. I constantly ask Why?, because I believe that if you do not know why you did something, you are doomed to repeat it.
