Hi! My name is David, and I strive to provide a warm, welcoming environment for my clients. I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, heard, and understood. In my work with adults, I prioritize meeting my clients where they are in life and collaboratively working with them to figure out what they need from therapy. Sometimes this means working on developing coping skills, building insight into (and changing) unhelpful cognitive and behavioral patterns, or working through traumatic experiences they may have gone through.
