I am a Mental Health Clinician licensed in New York with over 8 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, parenting problems, career challenges, relationship issues, OCD, ASD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have dealt with grief and loss and discrimination. My therapy style is inclusive, collaborative, warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.
