I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 35 years serving the Denver community. As a psychotherapist, I utilize an integrative, individualized treatment plan, drawing from CBT, solution-focused, IFS and other approaches which foster deep and lasting change. I will work with you to develop your personal goals and plan your therapy toward the achievement of these goals. I am a graduate of Denver Seminary and also provide faith-based counseling. My post graduate training included the Menninger School of Psychiatry in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been certified in EMDR for the last 25 years.
