Life can be challenging, both within ourselves and in our connections with others. It often feels daunting to reach out for support — yet doing so is already a meaningful movement toward change. In therapy, I look beyond the shame, guilt, anxiety, doubt, and trauma that might bring you here. I also look for the strengths, openings, and subtle sparks of growth that show up even in the midst of struggle. I work with trauma, grief, addiction, emotional difficulties, life changes, and relational stress. My specialties include addiction recovery, PTSD, emotional disturbances, and personal development.
