I’m particularly passionate about working with couples. Conflict, infidelity, a sexless relationship— common problems that are often symptoms of something more elusive. As your therapist I can help identify underlying elements in yourselves and your dynamic together, helping you each to understand the other better. My clients often face feelings of isolation, meaninglessness, or are making difficult decisions. As an individual or a couple, it may feel like you're missing parts of life's manual. My approach is particularly suited to those struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship/intimacy problems. My demeanor is calm and direct. I provide a space where you will be heard, seen, and where you will feel secure to say anything that is on your mind. You will not be rushed. I incorporate aspects of Gestalt and Psychoanalytic theories with Depth Psychology, and focus on treating underlying causes to create lasting change.
