My aim is to meet people where they are in life, provide a safe, non-judgmental environment and help them achieve their desired goals. Poor mental health can lead to crisis in life, and I am trained to help people through the most difficult times in life. However, counseling can be beneficial at any point in our lives, not just when we are in crisis. I work to earn the trust of people who come for counseling. The therapeutic relationship, in my opinion, is one of the most important aspects of counseling. Many people come see me on a regular basis simply to maintain the best quality of life possible.
