I work with people who struggle with substance use and trauma, stress and depression, helping clients to get unstuck from old patterns that cause unhappiness. My experience has been that clients find the right answers and resolve their own issues, once they are able to talk through their struggles and look at them in a different way. My clients may struggle with addiction, anxiety, or trauma - we work for them to be able to "get out of the rut" they've been stuck in. I like to have a good feel for my clients' lives and emotions, and that only comes from really being present, so I work almost exclusively face-to-face .
