My practice is highly individualized and client centered with a focus on the presenting problem as described by the client (s). Together, we will begin the process of understanding and resolving the issues that have brought you to counseling. Through insight and proactive behavioral changes you should be able to reach your goals in a timely manner. I will partner with you as you go through your life transitions and develop new strategies of coping and adaptation as well as change. Being a private practice, you will be assured of confidentiality and privacy in an atmosphere that is both nonjudgemental and supportive.
