I have extensive experience supporting and advocating for individuals with severe trauma, grief and loss, developmental disabilities, chronic medical conditions, significant mental health challenges and life crises. I have worked with people diagnosed with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, OCD and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder. I also work with people who are just searching for clarity or direction in their career or personal life. I use a collaborative, positive approach based on empathy and hope.
