I specialize in working with adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, and issues with sleep. I take a process oriented approach in therapy; if you are experiencing difficulties with communication within you relationship, family, work, etc. our sessions may be especially effective. My clients typically experience improvements within the first 6 sessions. I have over a decade of clinical experience and have contributed as a researcher in Sleep science with NASA Ames laboratory for over three years.
