I am ready and willing to work with anyone who feels that they might need help regaining daily life functioning skills, coping with anxiety and depression, social and professional development, weight-loss coaching, parental coaching, and any other issues that may arise as we work together. The populations I served have primarily been older adolescents and young adults. Along with that, I have experience with children as young as nine years old and older adults. I have a strong interest in sports and performance psychology, but I am not limited to that particular practice area.
