I am a therapist who specializes in working with adults, adolescents, and children, creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment focused on growth and well-being. I provide support to individuals managing anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues, as well as those facing professional or family challenges. Together, we will develop the tools you need to strengthen your resilience and approach life's challenges with greater confidence. I also offer child-centered play therapy and integrate CBT and DBT techniques in my work with children. When working with adults, I take a psychodynamic approach, incorporating Internal Family Systems, and offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy when appropriate.
