My own story ultimately led me into the field of counseling. Growing up in an alcoholic family system, I quickly learned to live my life for everyone else and become what everyone needed me to be in order to feel valued and loved. It wasn’t until my marriage hit a crisis point that landed me in therapy, that I began to discover who I was and why I do the things I do. The healing I received was so life-changing for me, it birthed in me a dream to help other people experience hope and healing. I help women heal childhood trauma, break free from emotionally abusive relationships, narcissistic abuse, and heal from religious trauma. I am passionate about helping women discover who they are, find their voice, know their worth, enforce healthy boundaries, heal their broken places, grow in healthy relationships, discover their unique purpose and dream, and become the brave women God designed us to be. I offer both individual and group therapy because we were never meant to do it alone.
