I have worked for over two decades specifically with Children, Adolescents, Teens and Young Adults. I have extensive experience with working with clients experiencing academic issues, joining the LGBTQ community, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-harming and suicidal ideation, as well as divorced and blended families. Your child already has so much strength inside of them, together we can increase your child’s path to resiliency so they can be strong today and into the future. My goal with every client is to instill self-understanding and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards all of life's situations. Being a child, teen and young adult are tough, more now than ever! A non-judgmental safe place to express emotions and ideas is crucial to overcoming hurdles. I guide my patients every step of the way and implement various methods to increase resiliency to help them develop new attitudes towards all of life’s most complex matters.
