At Discreet Therapy, I work with adults who are carrying stress, grief, and the weight of life transitions. Many of my clients are coping in ways they don’t always talk about — alcohol, food, overworking, or just shutting down. This is a space with no judgment and no labels, just support. I use practical stress management tools, CBT, and lived understanding to help you manage anxiety, process loss, and find healthier ways to cope so you can feel steadier and more connected. I've worked to mom's whose adult children have addiction or mental health problems, women who isolate and just need someone to hold space. You don’t have to hide how you cope — whether it’s stress, grief, or self-medicating. Here you can show up exactly as you are.
