I'm Dawn Fried, LCSW, a licensed clinical psychotherapist, coach and certified EFT tapping practitioner in the state of New Jersey. I work with young, middle age and older adults. Having extensive experience in psychodynamic and interpersonal psychotherapies I help you navigate life's challenges, losses, and transitions, while you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, learning new and effective strategies and coping skills. Issues of low self-esteem, relationship issues, stress management, women's issues, LGBTQ concerns, chronic health issues, grief, depression and anxiety, are explored in an atmosphere of safety and respect.
