I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with training in Perinatal Mental Health. Previously, I was a special education teacher and a school counselor for eighteen years. My vast experience allows me to connect well with my clients and with other professionals. I truly love being able to work with people from all walks of life to support them as they navigate challenging times, learn healthy coping skills and develop a strong sense of self. My ideal client is someone who is ready to embrace the therapeutic process in order to make positive changes in their life.
