I have been a practicing counselor since 1994 and enjoy working with clients from age 12-112, although I do have a particular fondness for adolescents, especially the oppositional ones. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings and have helped my clients navigate the "rough waters" that they must travel through. I have worked with trauma, anxiety, depression, adolescent issues, and complex mental health issues. Growing up in a military family, I also have a fondness and appreciation for our military families and the unique challenges they face.
