Believe it or not...this is a FUN process. The most important aspect of counseling is to attain the goals you identify. You are the expert in your own life. I am comfortable working with clients who have identified almost any problem area but specifically I am well trained in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and problems in the social and family environment. I work on the goals you identify rather than my opinion of what you should work on. This makes me a very non-judgmental personal and I develop strong positive relationships with my clients.
