My job as a therapist is to help when you feel overwhelmed, confused, or lost. This process frequently requires working through the impact of past experiences and/or thought patterns which keep you stuck. Therapy is a process of self-exploration and increasing self-awareness to realize the power you have to make changes in your life. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 20 years of clinical experience. I can work with you regarding relationship/attachment issues, narcissistic abuse recovery, adolescent issues, mood/anxiety disorders, grief/trauma, & substance abuse/addiction. I specialize in childhood trauma, attachment issues, and narcissistic abuse recovery.
