As a Master of Science in Social Work with a military specialization and a Certified Social Worker, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to my work with clients. My background includes suicide prevention training, direct support for veterans, active-duty military, and their families, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges they face—from deployment stress to reintegration and moral injury. I also have experience working with caregiver stress and dementia-related concerns through my practicum with the Alzheimer’s Association, where I supported families navigating the emotional toll of memory loss. A session with me offers a space where you are not merely heard; you are genuinely acknowledged. I bring a caring, compassionate, and non-judgmental presence to every conversation, grounded in the belief that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
