I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong focus on trauma and crisis work. I help adults living with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder find steadiness and understanding in a calm, supportive setting. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and paced with care. There’s no pressure to move faster than feels right or to share more than you’re ready for. My goal is to create a space that feels grounded, respectful, and genuinely supportive.
