Do you need someone to just listen to you or provide additional support for what you're going through? Do you feel like no one understands you or what you are experiencing? Do you feel overwhelmed, numb, burnt out, guilty, or lost? I would like to offer you a safe and confidential space to meet you where you currently are. Depression, anxiety, and trauma can be overwhelming, and I want to strive to help those experiencing such difficult feelings. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois, and am a Licensed Social Worker.
