I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 20 years of experience. I have extensive experience helping clients, couples, and families navigate various life challenges and mental health difficulties. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, feelings of overwhelm, guilt, grief, ADHD, and anger-related issues. Life is full of challenges and struggles that can leave us feeling depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or angry.
