Each of us experiences the world differently, yet many feel uncomfortable talking about these differences. As a result, some of us spend more time in our heads and less time connecting through open and honest conversation with one another. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I'm passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where individuals learn to be vulnerable AND experience what it's like to feel truly heard, seen and understood. I bring passion, creativity and a sense of humor to my work, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, grief, relationship issues, and a range of life challenges.
