Hi, my name is Elizabeth and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it’s your first time—but it often becomes more comfortable as you build trust and connection. It’s normal to feel unsure of where to begin. I offer a trauma-informed, person-centered space to explore your experiences and work toward your goals. We’ll start wherever you are and move at a pace that feels right for you. Please note I am currently in the process of re-credentialing with UHC/Oscar/Optum/UMR as of June 2025. I may be out-of-network for now—contact me to discuss sliding scale or out-of-pocket options.
