Hudson Valley raised NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a working background in counseling adolescents and adults of all backgrounds. Eight years experience working in community mental health settings and private practice. I aim to guide and challenge my clients through a person centered approach. All struggles are not created equally, I focus on creating a therapeutic experience specifically tailored to my client's needs. Anxiety, depression, trauma, whatever may be challenging you, we will work together to better arm you with skills to manage and cope effectively.
