Life can be challenging. Therapy is a way to process, navigate, and overcome difficult emotions while simultaneously building the necessary skills to make forward progress. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) in the state of NJ with a deep passion for bettering the lives of others. I have been in the field of mental health & addictions treatment for 10+ years with experience in working with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, stress, grief/loss, addiction, and mood disorders.
