Sometimes life experiences can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. But healing is possible and you don’t have to navigate it on your own. I work with individuals who’ve faced emotional pain, relational wounds, or persistent stress that’s affected how they feel, relate, or make sense of the world. Together, we’ll build the tools to manage current challenges and gently work through what maybe unresolved from the past.
