I believe there are many people who suffer silently. It can be difficult to reach out for help, especially when feeling alone, vulnerable, misunderstood, or hopeless. I often work with adults who have been struggling with their sense of self, though they appear "okay" to others. Many of my clients have recent or past unresolved trauma and/or childhood issues that have never been fully resolved. I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist and Approved Consultant. I integrate EMDR, Poly-vagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Ego-States/Parts work, Mindfulness & Hypnotherapy to help meet your individualized treatment needs. I am licensed in both GA & SC.
