I love working with folks experiencing relationship problems, gender identity issues, problems with sex and intimacy, and all of the emotions and thoughts that come with those challenges. I have a solid background working with individuals living with depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, and trauma. I want to help clients learn to accept their thoughts and emotions for what they are and learning to respond in a way that is more comfortable and progressive. I want my clients to experience living fully and learn to create a balanced lifestyle. Most of all, I want to help them find and fulfill their purpose. My goal is to sit with you in your pain and discomfort and offer my observations and help you gain insight.
