You're my ideal client if you're looking for someone who is here to listen without judgement, and to help you get to a place you want to go, even if you're not sure where that is right now. I am passionate about supporting the needs of the LGBTQIA+ community as a member and advocate. I am trauma-informed and ready to work with you and to prioritize your needs and center your experience. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and I am here to help you set goals and build skills that support you in your day to day and long term. I am mostly available on weekends in person and virtually! Let's see if we are a good fit. I offer a strengths-based, client-centered eclectic approach. I have worked with families and individuals, and primarily with trauma, substance use disorders, and attachment issues I am shaped/guided by a lens of systems theory, social justice, and attachment theory. Most importantly, I'm here to support, listen and provide tools to help you meet your goals.
