I am passionate about working with you on your path to healing. I have a warm, understanding, and direct approach. I strongly believe the relationship between the therapist and the client is the most important as it is the foundation where trust is built which promotes sharing your thoughts and emotions, leading to healing and a sense of peace. I have experience working with individuals, families and children. I am a Registered Play therapist who utilizes play therapy to help families re-establish and maintain equilibrium for a peaceful home environment. As a Registered Play Therapist I utilize play therapy techniques to help children work through behavior issues and trauma. I practice EMDR to help individuals process trauma and PTSD.
