I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, and a Certified Professional Trauma Professional. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy for female survivors of sexual, mental, verbal, and emotional abuse. My training provides female clients with a holistic integrative approach to developing autonomy and learning to have power over their own decisions and life choices. My clients are encouraged to identify, process, and learn healthy changes to their patterns of thought, manage emotions, and develop healthy self-awareness, self-value, self-acceptance, self-forgiveness, and self-love.
