By creating a safe, trusting and collaborative environment, my clients feel seen and empowered to learn, grow and change. I work with children, teens, adults and families seeking help with challenges that impact all areas of their lives. I have extensive experience in supporting those with social skills deficits, trauma, and family instability, especially those with persistent anxiety and depression, ADHD, ODD and SUD. I utilize research-based methods through a family systems model.
