I’m here to support you through these changes by addressing the mind, body, and spirit as part of a holistic healing journey. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, addiction, chronic illness and divorce. I believe that healing and wellness come from understanding the whole person—not just the symptoms. My approach is grounded in the belief that true health involves emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. I also support clients in achieving their wellness goals through holistic nutrition and lifestyle guidance, particularly following Medical Medium protocols for those dealing with chronic illness.
