I am a Delaware State Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) specializing in Women's Issues. My practice is focused on helping women of all ages improve self-esteem, assertiveness, relationship satisfaction, and stress management. I help women overcome the challenges of depression, anxiety, parenting, reproductive issues, divorce, post-traumatic stress, career demands, college counseling, life transitions, and body image issues.
