My treatment approach is integrative and pragmatic. I believe the therapeutic environment to be a collaborative process and will work with each client individually to determine a tailored made treatment plan and approach that works best for them. This includes; psychodynamic, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT skills, relational work, ACT and brief solution-based treatment. I have worked/currently work with clients dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, family disruption/conflict, stress related to romantic, peer and familial relationships, self-esteem, specific phobias, and disordered eating.
