Hi, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 11 yrs of experience working in mental health. I have experience working with various populations and believe in helping to heal the whole person, by focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I would love to be a part of your journey of managing stress, anxiety, depression, and/or processing trauma. My specialties are depression, anxiety, and trauma. I've been trained in Trauma Resiliency Model and Community Resiliency Model which focus on the body’s response to trauma by using a set of 9 skills (6 wellness skills in the CRM model). My clients enjoy being able to take this journey at their speed and always leave therapy feeling better than they did when they arrived. I understand that it takes time to build rapport and I always appreciate it when clients allow me to walk besides them in their journey to healing.
