Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees at UIC in 2002. I have worked in various settings, including schools, a health department, churches, and private practice. I enjoy bringing hope and change to individuals.My approach to counseling is to provide a strong therapeutic relationship tailored to your needs and goals in a safe, nonjudgmental, nurturing environment where healing can begin. I am passionate about working together to learn new tools for change when you feel overwhelmed, distressed, or stuck. I aim to create a caring environment that invites one to explore one's personal story and find healing. Therapy focuses on discussing past and current patterns and coping skills to help people gain greater self-awareness and the ability to solve problems more effectively in the future.
