My approach to therapy is solution-focused, drawing on training in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing). I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your experiences and working toward what matters most to you—whether that’s finding relief from symptoms or managing life’s daily stressors. I also have extensive experience working with police, dispatchers, firefighters, EMS personnel, and other first responders, as well as members of the armed forces, and I understand the unique challenges that come with those roles.
