I view therapy as a process of exploring what is working, what is not working and what changes can occur to create the life you envision for yourself. Therapy often involves examining the origins and power of automatic thoughts and belief systems and how these thoughts and beliefs impact your present life. My role as a therapist is to collaboratively facilitate a process so that you can develop greater insight to best utilize your strengths and build resiliency. Clients become actively involved in their therapeutic work and together we develop solutions to achieve stated goals.
