I meet each client where they are with empathy, active listening and support for life's challenges. I partner with adult and adolescent clients who are coping with life transitions, women's issues, parenting challenges, grief & loss as well as anxiety and depression. My clients are frequently seeking healing from trauma, working toward emotional regulation in everyday life, or desiring guidance or life coaching. As a Christian practitioner, I often include biblical principles, scripture, meditation & prayer in my sessions (as requested by clients). I am here to assist you with tools for coping with your struggles and pain.
