I consider therapy a gift where you are able to detox from family pain and drama, remove the obstacles to your own growth and happiness -- and live the life you were meant to live. In our work together you will begin to know your self. Deep within each of us is the longing for happiness. Happiness does not depend on outer circumstances or how other people behave, it’s created with our innermost feelings and sense of well-being. My practice offers individual, couples and family sessions for all ages, with night and weekend appointments available. My office is located on the first floor of the beautiful Park Shelton building.
