I specialize in creative neurodivergent people, as well as fellow therapists. Trauma, shame, anxiety, and depression affect attachment, friendships, and self worth. Our environment also impacts us - how do we balance between how the world affects us, and how we respond to it? I'll guide you in using your creativity and interests as tools for self exploration, healing, and finding community. My style is very curious, relational, trauma-informed, and I'll nerd out with you about additional resources like music, books, media, art, etc. As needed, I can be more coach-like and structured in my style, or more intuitive and open-ended.
