My mission is to provide effective therapy in the interest of empowering my clients to experience optimum well-being and quality of life. I specialize in client concerns pertaining to relational and sexual health; parenting; assisting families to thrive during times of life transition (such as adolescence, young adulthood, and divorce); and to facilitate the healthy self-esteem, development, and functioning of individuals, couples, and families. My approach takes into account the whole person, including emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual factors.
