My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and interactive. I provide a warm, safe, nurturing environment while helping you to understand and resolve conflicts within your world. I take a very supportive stance and realize that getting help is the first part of making a change. I practice focusing on clients' strengths, collaborating to create an individualized approach to address each client’s unique needs.
